Heart Day is coming at us quickly. Show your love and friendship through flowers and help out the Home Living class all at the same time. From January 30th through February 2, you can pre-purchase a carnation for $2.00 and/or a rose for $5.00 to be delivered to your friends on Valentine's Day. Tags will be on sale in the cafeteria during all lunch periods next Tuesday - Thursday. Supplies are limited so ACT FAST!

If you are currently on a year-round team, your scheduled practices will allow you to swim for CMM in their meets.
For kids who aren’t in a year-round program, practices are offered at
Southside Swim Club to train experienced and inexperienced swimmers.
Practice times: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

CMM Student Council members are leaders in and out of the classroom! Last weekend, they traveled to West Monroe High School for the 2023 LASC State Convention.
From planning, to skill building, and more, CMM put in the work and came home well represented!

Home Living would like to thank the Pegasus Society for providing us with 6 sets of these new appliances. We are excited that all groups can participate in these new activities. Our campus is so lucky to have this supportive group helping us to enhance our daily experiences!

Mr. Dulle’s homeroom class took first place yesterday at NSU’s 8th Annual Regional Robotics Competition and Smart Structures Show. This is the fourth year in a row that CMM has taken first place. Would you like to put a pie in the face of a teacher? The principal? SC & NJHS are holding a toy drive for Roy's Kids. If we collect 1,000 toys the whole school receives an afternoon outside & the chance to pie the staff! Bring your new, unwrapped toys to 1st hour by Dec. 16.
Congrats to CMM's MathCounts team. On November 17 they competed in LSMA's McGrath Math Competition. These students placed in the individually: B. Han 4th place, M. Shen 3rd place, & W. Wynn 1st place. The MathCounts team also placed 1st in the overall team competition.
