It's Can Food Drive time! We are running a homeroom competition to see which 6, 7, 8, class and gateway class can raise the most food items per student in their class. Check the posters to see the rules on food items, and we ask that you bring NO glass. The top classes in all of our grades will receive a donut party, and our overall winner will receive that and a special prize. Our winning teachers will also receive a gift card, so let the competition begin!

The CMM Lady Stallion softball team had a real nail-biter of a game last night. They clinched the League 1 Championship for the 6th year in a row with an undefeated season. Last night they came out of the 2nd inning down by 7 and came back to win the game 13-12. Come out and cheer them on in the playoff game against Walnut Hill Monday starting at 6:00 at Shreve.
The Lady Stallion softball team continued their march toward an undefeated season last night with a 16-0 win over Fair Park. Come cheer them on Monday night against Youree for the last game before the playoffs, which will determine if they are the League I champions. The game is at Shreve at 5:30. Tickets can be purchased on Local Level.
67…8. The CMM softball team won last night over Broadmoor 16-1, continuing their winning streak. They are now 8-0 for the season with two games remaining.

Our CMM 7th Grade Stallion Football Team finished the season UNDEFEATED, closing it out Monday night with a thrilling 12–7 victory over the Jets! These Stallions showed grit, teamwork, and heart all season long. A huge thank you to the teachers, friends, and fans who came out to cheer them on! Your support made every touchdown even sweeter!!

If you submitted all of your paperwork for Quizbowl, tryouts for students with last names starting with A-M will be on Tuesday, and try-outs for students with last names starting N-Z will be Wednesday. Please email me or stop by with any questions. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete the Quiz.
The Lady Stallion softball team won their 5th straight game last night with a 13-3 win over Youree Drive.
CMM Cross Country won the middle school championship for CADDO Parish on Saturday, October 4th. 6th-grade boys and girls, 1st place, and 7/8th grade boys and girls first place! Zoey Ohr, Aedan Shonder, Mason Tubre, and Jordyn Thomas were your overall MVPs for each team! Numerous others placed in the top 10! Way to go, Stallions! We have 2 more meets for this season! Saturday in Benton and then the 25th for the Louisiana State Games!
Congratulations to the Stallions Softball team for their fourth win of the season. WE are so proud of you! The Stallions will take on Youree Drive on Monday, 10/13 at 7pm, at Shreve. Come out an support our girls as they fight to protect their undefeated season.
