This week is 6th-grade Student Council Week! We have dress-up days all week, so join in the fun. Today is Tacky Tourist Day, tomorrow is Emoji Day, Thursday is Grade Level Love Day, and Friday is Halloween, so you'll be allowed to wear your costumes to school. ALL outfits should be in dress code.
CMM is partnering with Overton Brooks VA hospital to assemble hygiene bags for our veterans. Please see the website for items you can donate and also include a handwritten note thanking our Veterans for their service. Turn in all items by Thursday, November 6th to earn school service credit for your items. You can drop off your items in the front office.
It's Can Food Drive time! We are running a homeroom competition to see which 6, 7, 8, class and gateway class can raise the most food items per student in their class. Check the posters to see the rules on food items, and we ask that you bring NO glass. The top classes in all of our grades will receive a donut party, and our overall winner will receive that and a special prize. Our winning teachers will also receive a gift card, so let the competition begin!
6.7…8. The CMM softball team won last night over Broadmoor 16-1, continuing their winning streak. They are now 8-0 for the season with two games remaining.

Our CMM 7th Grade Stallion Football Team finished the season UNDEFEATED, closing it out Monday night with a thrilling 12–7 victory over the Jets! These Stallions showed grit, teamwork, and heart all season long. A huge thank you to the teachers, friends, and fans who came out to cheer them on! Your support made every touchdown even sweeter!!
