 CMM Cross-Country will compete in their last meet of the season this Saturday at the Louisiana State Games in Monroe, LA. Good luck Stallions!

8th Graders, Remember the payment for the Dallas trip is due on October 30.  

Attention Stallions! Do you like donuts?  Do you want to win some for your homeroom class? If so you should bring in some food for our canned food drive.  We ask that you please don't bring any glass items, but canned meat, veggies, fruit, cereal, flour, rice, and sugar are all accepted.   The top 6th, 7th, 8th, and Gateway classes to bring the most cans per child in their homeroom class will win a donut party!  We can't wait to see how much food we raise. The food drive runs now through Nov. 1st.

Stallions, next week is Red Ribbon Week.  Show your support to stay drug-free by participating in the dress up days next week. 

Monday 10/28- Rally in Red; wear red and show your support

Tuesday 10/29- Put a Cap on Drugs; wear your favorite hat

Wednesday 10/30-Team up Against drugs; wear your favorite sports jersey

Thursday 10/31- Scare Away Drugs; wear your Halloween costume! ( Must be in dress code)

Friday 11/1- Follow your dreams, don’t do drugs; wear pajamas! (Must be in dress code, no leggings.) 

November is Native American Heritage Month. Be part of our Celebrate Diversity art exhibit in B-Wing by creating an entry for the art contest.  Entries are due Tuesday 10/29. Pick up an info form in Mrs. Sitton's room B112.  or click on the Celebrate Diversity art exhibit button on the CMM home page

CMM baseball tryouts will be on November 24 at the LSUS field.  6th graders tryouts will be at 3, 7th grade at 4 and 8th grade at 5. Please see the flyer on the CMM website or contact Dylan Knotek for more information.
