Black History Month Art Contest
Create a work of art celebrating someone who inspires you for the Black History Month Art Contest. Your artwork could be featured in a special exhibit for CMM's Black History Month program & at Artbreak. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners will receive Amazon gift cards. The deadline is Tuesday, February 20. Entry forms are available in Mrs. Sitton's room B112 or on CMM website under the news tab.
Frozen Jr. & Hearty Party
Tickets are now on sale for this year’s school-wide musical, Frozen Jr.. There will be 4 performances of the show. After school Monday and Tuesday followed by a 6:00 performance both nights. I hope you come out and enjoy the show. You can scan the QR code on the posters around the school to go to Local Level or you go to the CMM website because there is a Local Level tab. When you click that all CMM Local Level events are there. When you are buying your frozen tickets why not go ahead and purchase your ticket to the Hearty Party? The dance will be on Valentine's Day. So get out your dancing shoes and school-appropriate outfits and celebrate Valentine's Day with those special people in your life.
Golf
Sign up for the 2024 CMM Golf Team today! Register on the Front9Tour.com website for the 2024 NorthWEST Louisiana Middle School Golf League. Once you have registered, email your confirmation to Ms. Brown at mbrown14@caddoschools.org. More information will be sent once registration is complete!
Valentine's Day Treats
Lowder’s cookies and brownies are on sale now for Valentine’s Day delivery. Ask your parents to check the Stallion Scoop email for the order link. Individual or boxed orders can be placed through Monday, February 12 at 6 pm.
Baseball
The CMM Baseball Games for this Saturday have been canceled due to inclement weather. They are rescheduled for next week. Thanks for the support, Stallions!.
Greece Trip Announced
Opa! Mr. Delaney is heading to Greece and he wants you to go with him! There will be an informational meeting in the PAC at 630 on March 7th for those interested in learning about the trip. A parent MUST attend the meeting. Stop by room A-118 for more information. It's time to see where the Olympic games, modern medicine, and democracy were born.
Basketball
Calling all Stallions!!!! Your Lady Stallions basketball team will be in the Championship Game on Monday, February 12 at LSUS . The Lady Stallions will play at 6pm against Linwood Middle. The entrance fee will be $10.00. Our basketball DJ will be there to hype the crowd up, so show up and represent CMM.
